Our mission
Helping begins
with seeing
each other.
To bring people who need support closer to people who care.
Through stories that invite understanding, and a future fundraising platform built around human connection. Because every act of kindness begins with a person.
A lot more human.
People first. Always.
A simple belief. The starting point for everything we want to build.
01 / Why we’re here
A person is
more than a need.
There is a whole life behind every story.
It is easy to pass by a headline, a request, or a face on a screen. It takes a little more time to notice the person: their experiences, their hopes, and what matters to them.
We want to create space for that understanding. Our ambition is to make it easier for compassion to become connection — and, as the platform develops, for that connection to become support.
We begin with stories. We move forward with care.
02 / The things we hold close
Kind intentions.
Thoughtful choices.
These are the principles guiding the project as it takes shape.
Dignity comes first.
People deserve to be seen as people, with their own voices and experiences. A difficult moment should never become someone’s entire identity.
Listen before acting.
Understanding begins with paying attention. We believe meaningful help starts by listening, asking, and making room for another perspective.
Kindness has many forms.
Time, skills, attention, and a shared story can all matter. There is more than one way to take part in a more caring community.
Clarity builds trust.
We want to be clear about what the project offers today and what is still being developed. Honest expectations are part of caring for one another.
03 / Where the story begins
Rooted in
Geradėjas.
The films shared here come from the original Geradėjas project. They offer a window into its people, its spirit, and the idea of bringing others together through kindness.
Benefactor is the working name for the next chapter. The name may evolve. The belief at its heart stays simple: people matter, and connection is a place to begin.

04 / A project in progress
A clear purpose.
A next chapter to build.
We’re sharing the journey from its beginning, with room to grow thoughtfully.
Stories that connect.
The Geradėjas archive introduces the people and the spirit behind the project.

A small place to start
Get to know
someone’s story.
Give it your attention. Let it stay with you.
That is already a beginning.
Small acts. Human impact.
